The Pampered Pooch Resort's idea began a couple of years before hurricane Andrew over our own family's need for a "guilt free" facility to leave our dogs when it was not possible to take them with us.

The journey began with "The Royal Pet Inn" located in our home in the Redlands, after a successful year, Andrew's destruction forced our family to relocate and begin a new life on Florida's west coast but the will to some day return to Miami and restart our dream to offer Our community the best resort for family dogs likes ours was always latent in our hearts and minds.

While this dream took a few years to bring to fruition our family is extremely happy to once again offer this great community an excellent facility with special attention to all the needs of our guests.

We wish to acknowledge those loyal clients that still remember our original facility and again trust us with their fur babies and wish to welcome our new clients whose trust and support is appreciated.

Now South Florida has a truly five star resort for your pooch, you will no longer be in the difficult situation of having to settle on a not so perfect facility and spend your entire vacation or business trip time felling guilty.

The Pampered Pooch Resort located in south Dade County offers you professional care for your best friend in a safe secure facility where we focus on minimizing the natural anxiety that comes with separation and concentrate in keeping your pooch busy with playful activities in a loving secure atmosphere.

There are certain requirements that our clients must meet prior to confirming a reservation, we cater only to non aggressive family pets with proof of all required vaccinations, and all guests must have a bath and dip up on arrival at a minimal charge to protect all. We will bathe all outgoing guest free of charge.

Owner operators are ABKA members with over fifteen years experience in the field and live in the two acre facility for the total security of our guests.

All our 4X6 suites are climate control we feed only premium foods and offer estate of the art bedding mood lighting and soft soothing music.

Our playground is full of exercise equipment and toys designed for all levels of agility.

We have an open door policy and offer pick up and delivery service we also have veterinarians on call 24 hours.
